Face of the Day

I have never done this type of blog post before so if i get a good response i will more than likely do another one. By the title of this post you will propobly know what it is. This makeup look is from when i wore it on Friday 27th March 2015 to go out for dinner with my mum and go shopping afterwards.

This is the makeup look: brown eyes and a nude lip. Because i was going for a dark eye look i didn't fill in my eyebrows like i usually do instead i just went with one product. All of the products that i have used with be linked at the bottom of the post. 

First of all, before i put all of these products on my face, i used a primer and the primer that i used was maybelline baby skin instant pore eraser and i just put that all over my face with my fingers. 

Secondly, with my real techniques buffing brush i applied the maybelline instant anti-age the eraser perfect and cover foundation in the colour 040 fawn. After that i applied the maybelline anti-age instant age rewind concealer in the colour light. In the picture about you might reconize that the writing is in spanish. This is because at the time when i bought this i was in spain on my holidays. I applied the concealer underneath my eyes around my nose and on any blemishes that i have on my face then i blended it into my face with the same buffing brush.

Next, i applied my M.A.C studio fix powder + foundation which i use as a powder most of the time. If i don't use it as a powder it is just one of them days where i hardly wear any makeup. I applied my powder with my real techniques powder brush all over my face.

Then, i filled in my eyebrows and to do that i used my maybelline brow drama in the colour medium brown and i just used a few coats of that all over my brows. 

After that, i used my maybelline 24 hour colour tattoo in the colour on and on bronze all over my lid. Then with one of my urban decay brushes that come with any of the naked palettes i applied the colour smog all over my lid and blended it out in the crease. Under my eyes i took the same colour smog and applied it with a M.A.C 219 brush. Next i applied creep which is a black colour with little bits of shimmers in it across my upper lash line and i didn't do it very neatly because i blended it out afterwards. To apply it to my upper lash line i used a real techniques detailer brush and to blend it out i used the same brush for when i blended my eyeshadow into the crease and to apply the colour smog. 

Next, i applied my favourite mascara ever and it is the maybelline rocket volume mascara in waterproof. I like waterproof mascara better than regular mascara because with some mascras it usually ends up underneath my eyes so it looks like i haven't been to sleep in weeks. I also prefer waterproof mascara than regular mascara because i am a very emotional person so that usually doesn't end well. I applied the mascara on both top and bottom lashes and i applied about 3 coats because i wanted really long, fluttery lashes and i didn't have any fake one in my collection. 

After that, i applied my benefit hoola bronzer to contour my face and to bronze it up to make it look like i have a bit of a tan and to do that i used my M.A.C 125 brush. Personly i think that the benefit hoola bronzer is a bit too much for me when i apply it and just leave it so i blended it out so it didn't look as harsh and to do that i used my M.A.C 150 brush.

Then, i applied highlighter. Now because i was going for a gold look i decided to use M.A.C mineralise skinfinish highlighter in the colour soft and gentle. I applied it with a M.A.C 130 brush. I applied the highlighter on my cheekbones and the bridge of my nose and my cupids bow. 

I couldn't forget the final step, i applied one of my M.A.C lipsticks in the colour japanese maple.

OOTD (Outfit of the day) - Spanish Edition

Its only going to be a short one today because there isn't that much to talk about when i am doing this kind of blog post. Also let me know in the comments if you like this kind of blog post and if you would like me to do anymore OOTDs for a certain even of any kind of day. Maybe next time if i do an OOTD i could do a OOTW ( Outfit of the week ) because that would make it longer and more interesting for you. And also if you wanted i could also incorporate what makeup i am wearing. In this picture i am not wearing any makeup because when we went out when i took this picture it was still sunny outside and by the time i go back home i wanted to have a tan so i didn't really want to wear any makeup.

February Favourates

Because yesterday was the last day of February i thought i would do a February Favourates blog post. In this blog post i will be saying what i have been loving in the month of February. There are 2 types of favourites in this blog post (Beauty and Random.) Before i actually start typing what i have been loving in the month of February let me know if you like these types of blog posts and if you do i might carry on doing them for every other month or even every month.

BEAUTY

I have been loving baths especially lush baths.

I have been loving bourjois chocolate bar bronzer/contour. This gives the most natural contour and a very natural bronzed look.

I have also been loving collection lasting perfection concealer. This concealer gets rid of spots and blemishes and covers up dark circles very well.

I have also been loving EOS lip balms. The flavours that i have are raspberry, strawberry, mint, bubblegum, lemon drop and tangerine.

Maybelline 24 hour colour tattoo in the colour pink gold. When i put this product on my eyelids it give a beautiful pink shimmery colour. This is very pigmented. I have two more colours however this colour is my favourite. Next time i go into a boots or super drug store (drug store) i will be picking more colours up because i love them so much.

Another thing i have been loving is Nars sheer glow foundation. It is a matte finish with a healthy glow to the face. 





RANDOM

This month i have started to watch Pretty little liars again because it is so good. so i have been loving pll this month.

In february i have been in love with snapchat. i have had it for a long time but i didn't really get it that much but i have been starting to use it more this month.

I have been playing parking mania on my phone this month because at the beginning of february i wanted to play a car game on my phone so i thought i would get this one.

My favourite person of the month is the one and only Tanya Burr. She is my favourite person because i met her this month. I am currently writing a blog post about my experience meeting Tanya and it should be up sometime this month (March.)

My favourite book if the month of february is Love Tanya and if you want to know more about it in more detail i have done a blog post on it so go and check that out if you are interested.

Because pancake day in is february i have been loving pancakes. But not just any old pancakes i have been loving pancakes with nutella.
